A short introduction

About.

I’m Tracy Phillips, a product manager and co-founder of CodeSubmit, based in Los Altos, California.

I lead product development, growth and operations at CodeSubmit. We help teams assess developers through real tasks, with take-home assessments, async and live interviews, and AI-generated custom assessments.

An agent can draft a spec or triage issues. The product manager chooses which issues the team takes on and updates the spec when requirements change.

Before CodeSubmit, I was a product manager at KONUX in Munich, working on railway operations and machine learning, and a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich. This site holds my own notes and views.
